Here, over 50% answered that they have used both. Recurring opinions are that foreign workers work faster and longer (do more hours per day), but communication works better when hiring Swedish workers for staffing. In general, those with experience of foreign labor felt that they saw no disadvantages.
Most 41% answered that the law on contractor liability will NOT affect their choice of subcontractor in the future, while just over a quarter stated that they will influence their choice. Those who answered that it will affect them clarified that they will make more accurate checks of the subcontractors (including that they have a collective agreement and handle tax payments). Some replied that they know it will affect them but that it is too early to say how.
