The office building comprises 7,800 sqm. A parking garage with space for about 360 cars is also being built next door. The project meets the requirements for EU Green Building and Environmental Building, level Silver. Here, EHRAB delivered a team of armor including team base. We built a very thick base plate with heavy loose reinforcement to withstand the strong winds in the area.

The Masonic Hotel is a classic and well-known address in the center of Linköping. The current owner Scandic expanded the hotel's capacity by another 50 rooms. EHRAB delivered a work team with crane operators, concrete workers, fitters and carpenters.

The rubber factory was built in the 1930s and was previously Värnamo's landmark. Tanum Strand Hotel expanded the pool and spa area for the 2016 holiday season.
